   Collaborating with Duygu Tosun     The overall goal of this work is to harmonize the structural MRI (T1 and FLAIR) metrics for all the involved projects. Previous methods used by the projects (e.g. Freesurfer) are not ideally suited to obtain harmonization of scans obtained on different scanners/sequences. In this project we propose to use recently developed methods which will lead to improved harmonization.     Aim 1: To determine cutpoints for preclinical, prodromal and clinical AD in relation to age, cognition, A#946, tau and neurodegeneration markers.
